Our school programs connect directly to BC’s curriculum, ensuring meaningful and interactive learning opportunities for K-10 students. Our goal is to continually work with community partners and expert museum educators to develop new programs each year. Our current offering is listed below.

Golden Adventures

Exploring the Fraser Canyon Gold Rush

Format: On-Site / In-Class


Our flagship school program, Golden Adventures, takes students on a journey through the Gold Rush, exploring its impact on the land, Indigenous communities, and the development of British Columbia. Designed for K-10 learners, this program is designed to appeal to students of different age groups, adapting to their specific curriculum needs, and providing hands-on activities, historical storytelling, and inquiry-based learning.

Yale Historic Site’s educational programs are available through the Classroom Voyager, an award-winning education platform that connects teachers with high-quality learning experiences from institutions across Canada.
